Gent Jazz is a cashless event. You can pay easily and contactlessly at food and drink stands using your bank card. Prefer to pay with cash? Visit the top-up point, where you can charge a cashless card with cash. This card remains valid for future editions.

When ordering a drink at the bar, a deposit of up to €1 may be charged for your reusable cup. If you return the cup to one of the collection points, the deposit will automatically be refunded to the bank card or cashless card used for payment.

Via this link, you can request a refund of the remaining balance on your cashless card, or keep it for a future edition. A €1 administration fee will be charged for the refund. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
